Dr. Ge Wang CTO and Co-Founder |
Ge is an assistant professor at Stanford University, at the Center for Computer Research in Music and Acoustics (CCRMA).
He holds a PhD in Computer Science from Princeton University and a BS in Computer Science from Duke University. Ge is the
creator and chief architect of the ChucK audio programming language, and the founding director of the Stanford Laptop Orchestra
(SLOrk).

Spencer was previously with MOTO Development Group. Spencer received a BS in Computer Science from Princeton University,
and assisted Ge and the Princeton Sound Lab with the development of the ChucK audio programming language. Spencer is the
author of the miniAudicle, a graphical environment for ChucK.

Arnaud was co-founder of Eovia Corp where he developed the award winning and easy to use 3D modeling, animation and rendering software called Carrara. Arnaud received a MS in mathematics and computer science from the ENSEEIHT engineering school in Toulouse, France.

Mattias was previously assistant professor in Game Design and Advanced Media at the University of Applied Sciences in Berlin, Germany.
Mattias received an MS in Computer Science and Engineering from the Université Paris-Dauphine in Paris, France as well as the University
of Linköping in Linköping, Sweden.

David was previously an associate at Morgan Stanley where he oversaw their mobile computing technology development.
David received a BS in Computer Science from Stanford University.

Rebecca is a PhD student in Computer Science at Princeton University, where she studies music information retrieval and computer music performance. A classically trained flutist as well as a software nerd, she holds a BA in Music and a BS in Computer Science Engineering from The Ohio State University and an MA in Music Technology from McGill University.

With a background in musical composition and software engineering, Rob holds a BA in Music and Cognitive Science from Dartmouth College, an MM in Computer Music Composition from the Peabody Institute of the Johns Hopkins University, and an MA in Music, Science and Technology from Stanford University. |
Jeff Smith CEO and Co-Founder |
Jeff is currently pursuing a PhD in Computer Music at Stanford University. He previously received a BS in Computer Science
at Stanford University. In between Stanford and Stanford, Jeff co-founded and ran an email security software company which he took public on the
Nasdaq and grew to $50M in sales before stepping down as CEO. Jeff is the co-author of sixteen patents in the field of email security.

Perry is a Professor of Computer Science, jointly in Music, at Princeton University, where he runs the Princeton Sound Lab.
A recognized expert in computer audio, Perry co-developed ChucK with Ge (and others) at Princeton. Perry is also the co-founder of PLOrk
(the Princeton Laptop Orchestra).
Perry received his PhD and MS in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, a BS in
Electrical Engineering and a BA in Music from the University of Missouri in Kansas City.

Jonathan received a DMA in Music Composition from Stanford University, and an MFA from the California Institute of the Arts.
Jonathan’s compositions can be heard on Sony Classical, Harmonia Mundi, and other labels.
