Publishing a new composition?

So I made a composition, and published it. It didn't show up in the database. Is there some wait time or something that has to go through? Is there a moderation of some sort? Or is just something wrong right now? Any answers are appreciated.

EDIT: One of them got released, my second one. Why not the first? xD
