I can't buy premium songs ..

I have the problem that I can't buy premium songs ..
every time I try it, comes a message "this is not a test - User Account"
"To create a new account in the sandbox"

What can I do?

I am getting the same problem. I bought the app, had downloaded many songs, and everything was working fine. I updated my phone to 3.1.2 last night, and I checked and I cant download any songs. It says "This is not a test user account, please sign in sandbox" or something like that!

I need me some Tpain!! :(

This error indicates an app store issue of some form. Im trying to figure out a solution right now and will post it the moment I figure it out.

Okay, I did what you suggested. I restored my iPhone, and it worked fine again. Of course I had to redownload everything, but everything is working fine again.

I wonder why that happened, oh well, at least I can use autotune again!

Ahh now I'm getting the issue for the 2G touch with the 3.1.0 update does that mean I have to update it?

Not necessarily, could just need to delete appsync.

I deleted appsync and still the same problem. Please fix the app because its great!

AfterGAffer removing appsync from Cydia, reboot. Hopefully, you're using Spirit for your jailbreak so you CAN reboot.

If you remove appsync it forces a reboot. And then Glee still gives the same sandbox error. Aussie here no such thing as Sprint but maybe thats why I can't buy the songs!

Hi Smule Support. It appeared that I can't buy any Glee songs due to Sandbox environment registration etc. How do I register? Is this an error? If so, please fix the problem for mine. It has been months since this happened and till now I can't buy any songs. Thanks!

To all of you with a Sandbox error...

This sandbox error occurs on jailbroken devices and has to do with the jailbreak process, which alters the way apps are verified. There are a number of fixes so if the steps listed here do not work, try this a google search for the issue:

Uninstall the App in which you want to make the in-app purchase.

Open Cydia > Packages > uninstall AppSync 3.1 (or whatever AppSync version that you have installed)

Reboot your iPhone.

Re-install the App you deleted in step 1 (the App that you want to make in-app purchase)- this step may require deleting the app and downloading a new copy.

Log out of your iTunes account by going to Settings > Store > Sign out, then sign in again using the same method.

You should now be able to make in-app purchases (as long as you don’t have AppSync installed in Cydia)

Another fix consists of deleting and reinstalling the app repeatedly until it works, seemed to work for a handful of customers.

its saying im not registered for sandbox now.. What the hell is sandbox??

@ bhmetallicafan- The steps are exactly one post above yours post... give it a try, it will fix the issue. You have to uninstall appsync, the iTunes store won't detect your device for in-app purchases if appsync is installed.
