Found a problem

Hi, I can play until I go and listen to some music, after that I get the microphone (built-in) problem. To get it working I have to uninstall app, restart iPhone then reinstall app, pretty annoying.

Anyone knows how to fix this?

Sorry for triple post, but it seems it stops working whenever I open any app.
